Desde hace 40 años la Dra. María Luisa Piraquive trabaja en pro de las poblaciones más necesitadas, rescatando los valores perdidos a través del tiempo. En el año 2000 constituye la Fundación Internacional María Luisa de Moreno (FIMLM), buscando por medio de convenios con entidades y el aporte de más personas poder ayudar a los diferentes sectores poblacionales y de esta manera, entregar ayudas y felicidad a quienes más lo necesitan.
